Gilles has been a shipbroker for more than 20 years.

He started in Cargo Maritime in 1986  and as from 1996 was a leading partner involved in product and crude chartering. After the merge between Cargo Maritime and Riverlake on the 1st january 2007, as director he was managing the crude desk of Riverlake Shipping and was highly involved in projects, analysis and studies with special focus on the African Market.

Isabelle worked as shipping operator for 23 years in two brokerage companies Cargo Maritime, Paris and Riverlake, Geneva. She has a large experience of tankers operations not only with various profile of counterpaties but also in the west Africa area where we have the majority of our activity. She joined the Nyala team in July 2015.

Julien has worked in the oil shipping and trading industry for  12 years.  He started as tankers operator and charterer at French shipowner Fouquet Sacop in 2005. He joined the French shipowner CMA CGM in 2009, as bunkers purchaser.  Starting from 2013, he was involved in oil shipping and trading operations  at Levant Commodities.  All his postions were closely  linked to oil products African market. He joined the Nyala team in November 2016.

Jean-Paul has been graduated from deck and engine French maritime academy , he is holding an unlimited Captain and first engineer’s licence. He passed most of his professional life at sea on various type of vessels including 12 years on oil / chemical tankers on which he was Master during 8 years for the French Owners Fouquet Sacop and Sea-Tankers.

He joined the Geneva’s office of Riverlake Shipping in 2015 and was Operations’ manager when he left .  He is part of the Nyala ‘s team since July 2019.
